Hi My Son is 2.2 years ,He sleeps at night at 1 Am,can you please suggest how can I make him sleep early.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy6 months agoA. hello u shld trt to set a bedtime routine n avoid child sleeping late in the evening si the child may get used to sleeping early in the noght which will be better n safe for the child aksk
