hi , my son is 19months old..he only breaskfeed and doesn't take cow milk..is it ok?? And can the nutrients in breastmilk gets decreased with the time..??

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! breast feeding until two two and half years is good it helps in improving immunity power.
No breast feed contains nutrients but while growing baby needs nutrients from diet majorly while breast feeding soothes baby helps in improving immunity power.
Give balanced diet with 3 meals and 2 snacks milk atleast once or twice a day, curd,ghee, cheese, butter, paneer, seseme seeds, pea nuts powder,dry fruits and nuts powder,ragi rich in calcium so Include in regular diet.
