hi , my son is 19 months old . on Monday developed fever 102 degree and on Tuesday developed blisters all over hand , legs and but region and was diagnosed as HFMD . and was told that fever will reduce within 3 days and rashes within 1 week . but on 4 th day still he had fever around 100 degree and developed cold + cough and on 5 th day he was given antibiotics ... is this normal or something to be worried..pls kindly someone reply ..I'm very much worried
