You should go for the medicine that has been suggested by the doctor because their various medicines which doctor suggest in this age so you can go ahead with giving right now is Crocin drops to the child about five you can give one time and then you can repeat every six hours if it is needed this is the minimum cap that you need to maintain before giving it and you’ll have to check the temperature before you give it
