hi my son is 10months old and has loose motions often after 20days to 1month and is teething since 6months of age this time in loose motions doctor suggested zincolife syrup is 5ml once a day proper dose for him ? his weight is 7.4kgs

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatmenyrt along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibijotics treatment
