Hi, my son is 1 yr and 4 months his weight is 9 kg and recently he is having dark eyes. is it common and he is not taking cow milk or other than breastfeeding how to intro cow milk kindly suggest?

Darker in this is usually is either because of some nutritional deficiency or improper sleep because in this age also child should sleep for at least 6 to 7 hours at a stretch that’s very good for them especially in the night apart from that for introducing any kind of milk the best way I believe to give it is to give it in the form of milkshake or smoothies so this way you can introduce different varieties of fruits as well as milk to the child
