hi, my son is 1 yr 16 months old but he doesn't speak any word although he blabbers a lot which we are not able to understand. Should I be concerned?

A. I mentioned the age wrongly... he is 16 months old. should I be worried?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 28 months old and he doesn’t speak properly so see if he has a tongue tie or he can hear or not so consult with speech therapist
