hi ,my son he is not able to clean his stomach he is going hard how to improve the digestion and what to give

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. The baby is 11 months of age of the baby is not passing school regularly having digestion problem give you syrup 2.5 ml 2 times a day to the baby and all seasonal fruits
