hi my son have cold from past two days today he have heavy cough and gar gar sound also there but he is still active only but we are worry about him cough worsening to him pls tell me what to do we are giving no cold syrup and cough syrup and night we are giving nebulization but still he have cold and heavy cough

whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not  
you can go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger Honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child. 
also you can give turmegric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently. 
avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream. 
try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment

You can nebulise your baby that is totally fine you have to nebulise your baby twice a day if your baby is having extreme condition. Rather than this you can give some home remedies. Add very little amount of turmeric in babies milk and also give 1 teaspoon of honey once in a day
