Hi, my son has red rashes on his neck , shoulders and head. Did they occur due to sweating? or anything else?

It could be associated with heat so yes if it is on the body you can apply calamine lotion and if it is in the head then you can apply Babyhug virgin Coconut oil it’s cold and is going to be good to use and check with your doctor for further assistance
