hi my son got teeth issue.now his age is 2years 4 months. please refered attached image and let me know sir ...what should I do . i am using chicco paste for brushing

A. Dear parent, this is a cavity and once it occurs, it has to be filled or arrested. Please consult a pediatric dentist for treatment and further prevention of cavities. Different procedures can be fillings, tooical fluoride application or SDF application

A. please discontinue to use chicco toothpaste as I have experienced the same with my child and switched .
