Hi, my son didn't drink cow milk and formula milk what I will do please give me suggestions .l was little worried.

start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

Try giving milk alternatives like curd, buttermilk and paneer. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
