Hi , My son caught iron box and he is got a small blister in his palm .. how do I treat it.. please advise

plz see if he has taken 6,10, 14 wks combination vaccines
plz keep the blister clean, if it is not opened wound.
if if is opened , it needed dressing properly with antiseptic and antibiotic topically
