hi .my son 7 month old ..wt food,fruits can I give

A. hi as a child is 7 months old,I would suggest to give food items like different vegetables and fruits puree, porridge, sheera, rab etc so , you can prepare vegetables puree I.e. bottleguard , sweet potato, potato , pumpkin , carrot ,green peas , Spinach ,ashguard ,spongeguard fruits puree like chickoo ,pear , Papaya , avacado, apple , banana ,peach etc
