Hi..my son 4 years 9 month.. he is not eating anything and aft 2 to 3 feed he makes like vomit sensation.. pls suggest me any idea r syrup

A. Namaste Father could be that the child tummy isnt in good health, Give him some ajwain or saunf water would be helpful, avoid to force feed, offer fruits as well
