hi, my son (2 yr 7 m old ) has spit vomitings.. from early in the morning...no food particulars are not coming only spit is coming ...may I know the reason plz..and give me some home remedies

A. Hello mom could be indigestion or so .. does he has cough or phelum is coming out ? You can give him some saunf water or jeera water . Don’t force him to eat if he is not willing to do so .. give him some pomegranate with black salt or coconut water , apple etc .. mild flavoured food can be given.
