Hi my son (11/2 year old) has trouble sleeping since past few days...i feel he is having some gas related issues causing stomach pain cause of which he is not sleeping well lately...he drinks 150ml cow milk in his sleep is this causing the problem please do let me know how can I help my baby. TIA

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. First of all if you thonk milk is causing gas then boil Some fennel seeds in milk abd also give ajwain water a couple of times in a day to the child and give early dinner and avoid milk at bed time
