A. but believe me when I went to hospital there were many more such babies of different ages and some who have already recovered and are now just coming for regular check-ups. It's of course difficult to see your baby that way. but be positive and just take a step at a time and everything will be fine. Also there is no particular reason why babies get it so don't try to Google all those rather focus on what is the current situation.
I would just say that when the doctor broke the news to us we were devastated but then he told us you can cry for 2 days and it's ok but then you need to forget everything and think properly as you are the decision maker of how things will turn in future.
Hope everything goes well and all such babies recover well and attain complete remission.

A. Hi
My Daughter was 19 months when she was diagnosed. I would say it's a difficult road and she is still undergoing her chemotherapy. there are lots of ups and downs, need to be vigilant of symptoms to observe her vitals in terms of hemaglobin platelets and other things. people should not visit much and go near the baby and we try to wear mask most of the time. I don't have a house help just to avoid more infection coming at home. keep everything clean, no dust, no raw food, even coriander leaves or any chutney everything should be cooked to avoid any type of infection considering their body is not like ours to fight as they have no immunity. it's a long way there are still lot of therapies pending. She even has a hickman cather a wire coming out of her chest to avoid prick every time during transfusions. so taking care of it is also difficult.

A. Hello my dear parent! Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand what is causing the issue. Consult your child doctor for further guidance in this matter. Good luck and take care.
