Hi my sister is extremely clingy to my mother due to which she is not showing interest in walking and she is 13months old. Pls help me with this

A. can you give supplements like calcium and vitamin d ok. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
