A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal movement or convulsions.in such case it needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury .otherwise application of ice locally to relieve the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occaaioksionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. If It is still there then you should get a check with your doctor as there could be a little bit of swelling because your child got hit hard which is why there must be this thing it is the right on your part as of now to get it checked with your doctor because without proper assessment it would be very difficult to comment on it
