hi my self jyoti last 3 days iam suffering from fever but fever only came on evening and the temperature is between 99 to 100 ... can u tell me why this coming in only in evening and why is this happen ?

A. see a physician for this as it needs a proper examination and check up by a doctor so best consult a doctor who can guide you about this problem that will be good
