Hi my one month old baby is not sleeping for 8 hours at a stretch… what could be the reason??? Sometimes crying sometimes he is good… even after giving him enough milk he is not sleeping

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello doctor he is having cold and it’s been 20days…he is yawning a lot he is sleepy but not sleeping..just sleeping for 5mins or so n then waking

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becohmes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age andu if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortagble position to the baby and no medicine is required.
