Hi my niece is 20 days old And he has black lips and tiny acne on his cheeks. Is this something to worry?

A. Could be a problem please get it checked with your doctor because these things can only be suggested after physical assessment this week we cannot be sure what could be the reason behind it but once your Dr exam is they can give you hundred percent clarity on that
