Q.

Hi, my milk supply is not enough for baby as he is not feeding formula or bottle plz advise me something to increase milk production

A. You can take lactation supplements protein rich diet good amount of fibre rich fruits and vegetables the things are going to be good to go for along with that also I would recommend you to have a good amount of liquid in a day say about 4 to 5 L in totalityWrite Your Answer Here
