Q.

Hi, My LO is 6 months old and has started solids but seems to be constipated. Any suggestions to relieve it?

A. good evening I would recommend you to give your baby honey with warm water everyday in the morning and try to give a few sips of water at regular intervals to the child is this will help to make sure that the baby is not having constipation
