Hi my lo is 21months old.. Am using a straw cup to give her water and she is using that since 12montjs old.. To give milk i use a feeding bottle till now.. I tried giving milk in cup as well as straw cup bt she refused amd is nt drinking at all.. How can i shift her to start using cup?? Shud i try spout cup or free flow cups?? Kindly suggest

A. Now that the child is nearing the age of two u can make him drink directly from small tumblers. Start with a very small tumbler. Take very small amount of water and help the baby to sip. Make sure you don't tilt the glass too much as more water could pour and may get into baby's nose. Until the baby gets used to drinking dont let the baby to feed on her own. Let the baby use the glass with ur guidance.
