From 6 months purée form can be given . Of fruit like banana , chikku , papaya etc , steamed and mashed vegetables.
Ragi or suji porridge, kichidi etc
ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can start semi solids after six months completion. Till that encourage exclusive breastfeeding. You can start with one new food at a time like rice or ragi porridge and continue the same for a few days to see if it suits your baby or not. Avoid adding salt, sugar and cow milk till one year.
