hi my Lil one is 14month.I found reddish brown spots appear all of a sudden on his legs today. Any idea what that could be? attached picture

you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment
