Q.

hi my last month periods was June 17th it was 10days before than may month..for this month ingot it now 6 days before..is that normal . or pls advice

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes periods can come after or before one week. and also pleas avoid just k food and have more green leaves vegetables and home made food. take care
