Hi my last menstrual period is January 21st, my cycle is 45days. The problem is had a very lite spot bleed on 2nd of the March and stopped. Again started lite spotting on March 9th and yesterday. My pregnancy test was negative. Pls explain me what's the problem was.

A. please first check pregnancy. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentbetter to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can.
