Hi, My kid is suffering from fever for past two days .. From yesterday night she is having cough and running nose ..can u suggest me some syrup ??

A. Sir, how many times per day febrex plus needs to be given to my kid ?

A. it is always advisable at present Sinha you to take the advice of a doctor since baby is having fever cold and cough at present due febrex plus syrup 5ml to the baby
