Q.
Hi my kid is 4.5 yrs old.. She is suffering from fever yesterday night .. I have give febrex plus yesterday night and today twice I have given Fepanil 250. She is having cold and cough . While she is coughing we can hear sound .. which medicine can I Give her? For both cold,cough and fever ?? please suggest me some expectorant too ..here in my place it is raining heavily

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory procesgs in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
