Hi. My doctor hasn’t prescribed any medicines after delivery but sometimes i feel very weak. My baby is 8months now. Can I use ‘Naturemade prenatal or postnatal’ tablets or anyother calcium or iron tablets. Please suggest.

A. Continue Calcium supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breastfeeding. have well balanced diet. Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.
