AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 99.5 F. Repeat the dose after five six hours if fever comes again. Viral fever can take 3-5 days to subside. Take care and all the best
