Hi, my daughter was born as preterm baby at 31 weeks.She is 1 month old now with 2.1kg weight and doctor has prescribed her orofer XT iron drops. when should we give this drops to her? now we are giving after 15 mins of feed but she cries while giving and vomits sometimes.

A. hi, you may give it after feeding or once she burps properly.. give medicine by distracting or in fun play gesture. Use syringes and droppers. all the very best.
