Q.

Hi . my daughter she has very disturbed sleep in morning. though in the night she wakes up twice but in the morning after bath , she hardly sleeps for 15 mins and when I feed her again goes back to sleep for 10 mins. how can I improve her sleeping pattern. Atleast she should sleep for 2 hours .

A. Namaste mom patterns keep on changing as they grow and also are you giving soft foods as well? apart from your feed solids are essential for their growing needs

A. yes . she is on solid also. I almost prepare all vegetarian foods (including vegetables and nuts and fruits) sometimes she doesn't eats and wants only to be breastfeed

A. The child is a light sleeper and also sometimes kids don’t get sufficiently full in one feeding so instead of giving your feed you can give formula to the child after a bath and put some earplugs or cotton and put your child to sleep then and see if that helps
