Hi. my daughter s 96 days old.. can I give her tummy time.. if yes how long should I and wen shall I give her.. ( before feed r after feed)and what is the use .. pls suggest me

A. Tummy I was never given after a feed because if you give it your child is going to vomit out every day mostly tummy time should be given after the age of three months because the head is stable by then and only should be given if your child is enjoying it otherwise there is no compulsion that you have to give it to the child
