hi my daughter not passing urine timely since yesterday and two time yestrday and today morning she vomit after feed milk ..pls help and advise

A. Namaste MOm, How is her urine ? is it dark yellow or colourless? fluid intake need to be observed as it should be equal to the out put. other is avoid milk or limit if possible and observe how she reacts to regular solids if that also she isnt able to tolerate then it indicates tummy issue
