hi....my daughter just started her periods just 1 month before her 12th birthday...she's 5.3ft...just wanted to know will she still gain her height or it will stop cz of periods?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Sometimes the height gets stopped after the puberty starts but in certain cases it can increase there are some actions in yoga you can search for them and start doing that with your child probably those things are going to be beneficial and increasing the height
