hi my daughter is two years old she is having frequent loose motions, sometimes it is watery. I m giving her prebiotic and zinc 20,but she is not having any recovery.i have given her oxlox 50 also.plz suggest some remedy

A. 2 years baby having frequent loose motions Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
