Hi! My daughter is now 10 months old, she got fever from last 2 days, especially during night her body temperature increases mainly her head I consulted doctor he suggested Medler syrup 3ml for 3 times a day is that ok and since from last 4 months she has gained only 500grms.

ATMom of a 4 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. if fever is more at night please do wet sponging continuously. do paracetamol for 3 days.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. gbfr. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degr
