Hi, my daughter is not sleeping well per day she is sleeping only 5-6hours and eating also very less. Can anyone suggest to resolve this.

A. Hello mom make sure that she is not taking much naps in the day time, also it is important that she be involved on some form of physcial activity say outdoor playing etc as that way they get tired , eat well and sleep well.
