Hi my daughter is having runny nose since yesterday she is 10 month and 22 days old out of these 3 which medicine should i give her?

Sinarist af you can give paediatric drops a picture that you have posted is for toddlers so you can give 10 drops of the medicine to the child three times in the day with a gap of eight hours and if needed you can visit your doctor for further assistance as well
