A. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily.d give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your docdtor and give warm water to drink.
