Hi,my daughter is 8 years old need some diet tips to increase her height and weight

A. Hello mom height mostly depends on ones family genes . Over all healthy foods that would be helpful for their development and growth would Be dry fruits and nuts , milk, panner , variety of dals and sprouts , rajma , chana etc , soya and products are also good , whole grain cereals, seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables
