Hi my daughter is 8 years old and her lips skin colour is changing to pale, what might be the reason? she eats very little vegetables and drinks milk very rare

A. Namaste Mom, Coul dbe iron defiecency by that need to be confirmed so get her HB levels checked to get an idea, other is is she phsycially weak?
