Q.

hi my daughter is 8 n half months..i give her ragi porridge, khichdi ( moong dal with veggies like carrot, beetroot), fruits..what else can i give her, and how should i devide it in meals? she is a bit lower side on weight ( 7 kg) as she was 5w premature

A. Hello dear parent! Nothing to worry as long as your baby is active and healthy. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, ragi in the diet. Start giving 3 large portions of meals and and 2 small snacks in a day. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
