hi my daughter is 8 months old. her bones are weak please suggest good diet plan to my daughter bones stronger. we came to knew about this when she fell down from bed and she got minor fracture in her collar bone

A. Hello Pls add calcium rich foods like ragi porridge, til seeds, banana, almonds, egg, walnuts, green vegetables to baby's meals Make sure to avoid biscuits, cerelac for the baby. Also avoid fried foods.
