Q.

Hi, my daughter is 8 month old (running), from yesterday night she is having cough...I am giving her saline nasal spray...can I give her mucolite? if yes then how much should be the dosage and how many times shall I give mucolite in a day.

A. Maxtra would be a better choice anyways you can give 10 drops of the medicine right now also using nasal spray there when the child is having a blocked nose it has got no connection with cough during the time of nasal spray are not going to be beneficial you have to use proper oral medicine for the child and nebulising will also be helpful
