A. it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not and to know if child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite. offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child give plenty of water to drink and juice extracted from fruits which acts as natural appetizer if the child is not allergic then you can add dry fruit powder as well as ghee to the diet which will help in improvinzg the calorie and protein in the diet. go through different diet plan as well as recipes which is present in firstcry application.

A. hi dear Cough with vomiting: Children often cough so much that it triggers their gag reflex, making them throw up. Usually, this is not cause for alarm unless the vomiting persists. Also, if your child has a cough with a cold or an asthma flare-up, she may throw up if lots of mucus drains into her stomach and causes nausea.
